Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and accommodating to ensure customer satisfaction.

Memberships

Brand Evolution Club Membership

  • Annual Subscription ($99/month): Members who choose the annual subscription and pay upfront can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the program. Refund requests must be accompanied by feedback on what could be improved.

  • Monthly Subscription Option: Members who opt for the monthly payment can cancel anytime. However, refunds for monthly payments are not available once the billing cycle has begun. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

E-Courses, Live Webinars, and Masterclasses

  • E-Courses: Refunds for e-courses are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Please contact our support team with your feedback and refund request within this period at: Lamorviellecampbell@gmail.com

  • Live Webinars and Masterclasses: Due to the nature of live events, refunds are not typically available. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant or request access to a recorded session if available.

Programs and Workshops

  • Program Enrollment: For comprehensive programs such as the Brand Evolution Mastery Program, participants may request a refund within 14 days of the program start date. Refunds are contingent upon the participant not having completed more than two modules or sessions.

  • Workshops: Refunds for workshops are available if requested 48 hours before the workshop start time. Please reach out to our support team to process your request.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for refund requests to be processed.
